Mold/Die Making
We work closely with the client to prepare the right mold for the project. We are also open to using a mold provided by the client.
High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)
We high-pressure die-cast parts of aluminium, zinc and other non-ferrous metals.
Buffing, Trimming & Shot blasting
Once the casting is removed from the mold, the trimming process is carried out. Next, we buff, sand and shot blast to give a superior finish to the produced castings.
Machining
Our machining facility consists of high end fully automated CNC machines which provide precise machining in the die casted parts while maintaining the accuracy in microns.
Lacquering & other services
We have a lacquering facility to apply lacquer in all casting with rotors to prevent rusting.
Die Making
We work closely with the client to prepare the right mold for the project. We are also open to using a mold provided by the client.
Trimming
We work closely with the client to prepare the right mold for the project. We are also open to using a mold provided by the client.
Shot blasting
We work closely with the client to prepare the right mold for the project. We are also open to using a mold provided by the client.
